by William Ruhlmann ATF is a compilation album released by Epic Records in the U.S. in the wake of After The Fire's success with "Der Kommissar," but containing material that dates back to 1979, including the U.K. hits "One Rule For You" and "Laser Love." "Dancing In The Shadows" also became a U.S. chart entry at #85, but After The Fire really was a one-hit wonder. Still, the album makes for pleasant, if dated, techno power pop of the late '70s/early '80s.
