Members of Schmidt Electric are all multi-award-winning, established young musicians who have played together over a 150 concerts since the band’s inception in April 2011, including numerous appearances at international festivals. Schmidt Electric receive rave responses from audiences and are considered one of top three electric bands in Poland, according to the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Jazz Top Poll by the Jazz Forum magazine. From the start the band has played with one of the finest Polish jazz and funk pianists, Tomasz Bura, who, on a day-to-day basis, lives and performs with great success in Britain.
