Caylon are a four-piece rock band that formed at Durham University in late 2016. They have a distinctive and energetic sound that combines elements of rock, blues and a touch of funk. Their influences are derived from a variety of artists; notably Queen, Muse, Jeff Buckley and the John Mayer Trio. Caylon consists of Nathan Roberts (Drums), Nathaniel Jones (Bass Guitar), Tom Katon (lead guitar) and Richie Johnsen (guitar, piano and vocals). Words and music by Richie Johnsen.
