I was born, raised and educated as the son of a preacher man in Washington DC. I began my involvement with music at the early age of 5 with a set of red bongos. This was the point when I realized I liked and enjoyed what I had discovered. Through out my life I have experienced much growth and devotion to music with the realization that God is my source. In Him I move and live and have my being. Music is not just a career, it is the heart of who I am. I attribute all of my success and abilities to my God, and my parents who are committed christians that have supported and encouraged my endeavors in every phase of my life. I have also been blessed with two sons who bring joy into my heart. They show me true love, a love that a son has for their father. When my sons were asked how they would describe me, they answered blessed, grateful and special. There comes a point of decision in life when you choose relationship or fame. I have chosen the path that brings forth life. A direction that will lead many into the presence and heart of God, that which I speak of, is worship. There is no greater feeling or accomplishment in life than when your music moves a congregation to the throne of grace. Music is a fire shut up in my bones. Muzik is lyfe!
