The song was primarily written and produced by Max Martin and Rami Yacoub, and is about an actress, who despite being very "lucky" and seemingly having it all - fame, wealth, beauty, is truly lonely on the inside. Rather ironically, the song was track 7 on Oops!... I Did It Again and track 13 on Greatest Hits: My Prerogative.
