Wonderful, the things that can happen in a year. Not much longer than twelve months ago, this Danish producer blew us away with his single ‘Accelerate’, which we soon released. At the time only 16 years old, his sound was unique - and so funky. We were marveled. And strong seeds grow fast. During this year, Dooqu has truly matured, of which the Breathe EP is solid proof. Melodic deep house at it’s finest, with his ever signature funky disco edge. The single ‘Breathe It In’ is so catchy it’s fit for dance radio shows on primetime, whereas ‘At The Crossroads’ is a perfect match to a warmer DJ set. ‘Falling Stars’ ties it all together with that smooth summer house vibe we’ve all come to love.
