Tasty stuff coming from the Swiss duo called Fat Sushi. The first candy they brought is equally called as the EP. ‘Backflash’ is a perfect blend of modern progressive house and coming back 80s Italo disco. The emphasised snares and spacey synth sounds are well known from back in the days, but the two guys are bringing in their typical touch with the catchy arp line and therefore create a fusion of highest quality. The second track is called ‘Isolation’ with a big sound, percussion groove and rolling synth. But especially the stepping melody is making it classic driving Fat Sushi sound. Finally there is also ‘Samui’ the least playful track, but not to underestimate for a long time dance. The constant up and down lifting is very much its convincing signature.
