This single is originally written by Bulle Shah, 16th century poet & Saint who lived in the punjab province now in Pakistan. He was considered a holy man by many, a poet and a rebel at heart. He most often condemned the many superstitious practises that existed then and urged people to let go of their materialistic tendencies and seek God within.
