With its 12 atmospheric, airy tracks, Carole's album, Garden of the Senses, richly illustrates her talent. She also draws on the ample gifts of some of the most innovative musicians working today: Michael Brooks, Simon Emmerson of the Afro Celts, Sufi master Kudsi Erguner, renowned cellist Caroline Dale and a long list of musicians from around the world. The concept for the record was born out her experience collaborating at Peter Gabriel's renowned Recording Week sessions on Real World Records with over 60 artists from 20 countries. It combines her eclectic musical tastes with deeply moving lyrics in a project which recognizes music as the language that transcends all boundaries.
