This release comes at the same time as Ian Tyson has a autobiography The Long Trail - My Life in the West on the best seller list in Canada and a 2-set DVD documentary of his life. Both give a very frank picture of his musical career which started in the 60's folk scene, as Ian and Sylvia and then took off again in the 80's, with songs of horses, western lands, places and people.
