After a relatively lengthy span of time looking for a proper studio to record the new album, Exile settled with Horned Helmet Productions to get the job done. Exile found refuge with Muhannad Bursheh (Phyx), a notable Jordanian musician and sound engineer who was generous enough to provide Exile with a great deal of support technically and morally. The recording of the album was not quite a piece of cake, since the album was the band’s first debut album, the mixing and mastering of the album took quite a while in order for the band to get the optimum sound they always aspired for. Nader, being the main songwriter of the band, started working on the material roughly by January, 2010. Together with Tayyem and Ibrahim, the composing of the album extended from the beginning of 2010 till about August of 2011, when exile decided to enter the studio to set on recording Suspended Society/Mutilated Variety.
