GILCHRIST are an 8 piece funk/rock band from Edinburgh, Scotland who were formed in 2013. We recorded and produced our first album 'Funky Philosophy' which was released in November 2014. The reaction to the album was very positive and this led to us signing a publishing deal with Long Lunch Music. We've spent the past 2 years playing all over the UK from Aberdeen down to London and also appeared on STV's 'Live at Five' show in February 2016. We've spent the last few months recording a lot of new tracks, 8 of which have been mixed by award winning producer Steve Power at his London studio. We plan to release a number of EP's over the next 12 months starting off with this 3 track EP.
