Gevano recently released new singles that are enjoying good rotation on a number of radio stations including IRIE FM and HITZ 92 FM - Party Straight and Stress & Mawga Dung on the 20/20 Vision Production label. "I recently released some new songs and the response to them has been very good. The disc jocks are giving me a lot of support and people are telling me they love them. My team is working hard with me to promote these singles. We are working overtime on this. I am an optimist; I always think positive in life and I am sure that as long as I continue to work hard I will become a star. I have a good team working with me and I am always writing and recording good songs." He has performed at various stage shows such as Reggae Campfire, Eastlaw Talent Show, I-Octane's Different Page and Mango Fest, steadily carving out his own fan base. He also made a great appearance at the fifth staging of Nationwide 90 FM Back 2 Skool Bonanza & Health Fair at Mannings Hill Road, St Andrew. Being in Jamaica where music is so diverse he is able to cross over all genres from Reggae, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Roots Rock Reggae and even Ska.
