“Small Mouth Bass” is the latest in a string of Couchenour penned tunes that have aired nationally on The Weather Channel since January 2008. This remixed track prominently features legendary Smooth Urban Jazz keyboardist and national recording artist, Bob Baldwin, saxophonist Keith McKelley, guitarist Paul Douds and was produced by SounDoctrine’s Jere B. The original song appears on the band’s 2006 release “Endurance.” Jim Couchenour is the Director of Marketing and Ministry Services at Cogun Inc. in Columbiana, OH. Jim has lived with a mild form of Tourette’s Syndrome since he was very young. Today he celebrates the creativity associated with people who have TS through his writing, painting, crafting, video satire and music production. He and his wife Lynette have been married for 23 years and have two daughters, Jamie & Katie.
