After releasing "Something New" in 2002, Turnstile returns a year later with an EP of fresh material. The band's evolution is noticeable... extensive touring and rehearsing has made their sound more vital, their songwriting more confident, and the recordings more definitive. The band has however retained the character which made their debut LP enjoyable--- applying a timeless melodic sensibility and a contagious ear for rhythm to keep your head bobbing in time. Standout tracks, "StuporMan" and "Glory Summer" point towards a new direction for the band, while "Novocain" and "Done Before" remind us of the youthful energy that defined the band's earlier material. Although the band has yet to decide on a distributor for this EP, the music continues to be available through digital download sites such as iTunes.
