After playing in bands from high school as a lead guitar player and collaborator Paul Jackson started working his own sound layering acoustic finger style guitar with bass, drums, vocal melodies and counter melodies that come from harmonicas, e bows, saxophones, and backing vocals. This song is Ocean and Sky, a song about attraction, connection, and uniqueness. The song started as a party jam with friends at Bronte Beach in Sydney. The recording was done on a laptop in Pauls bedroom in Sydney and then finished in a studio in Ubud Bali with producer Rob Weber, the final touches were done in New Zealand.
