Dennis Jones is composing this music as he is playing it. He has his standard musical phrases, but just as you think you know what is coming next, he will surprise you with something different and original. Sun, wind, sea and sand — the beautiful natural environment surrounding Provincetown has always been an inspiration for his music. His music doesn't now have the explosive energy it had when he was 25, but most people feel it is more relaxing and easier to listen to. Also he has matured and developed as an artist over the years. These are some of the best numbers he has recorded spontaneously on more than 250 cassette tapes since 2007. Sometimes on these recordings you can hear the cars going by his house, especially in the summertime when he has the windows open.
