The two composers met and started writing and playing music in 1972. They played in a variety of venues, and for 10 years travelled extensively playing the music of the era, with two sabbaticals spent in Berklee College of Music in Boston. They continued playing professionally until very recently. This album is a collection of music written over the past 30 years, (there is lots more where this came from). Having left the road to pursue other interests, Dave and Jamie determined to finally record some of the music they had been writing for so many years.
