A few years ago I had a dream that I was in the midst of a crowd of people and we began to sing the words "time will heal all wounds" in unison. I woke up from the dream and recorded the words in a notebook I kept near my bed. As time passed God would give me the words to write to complete the song. In 2008, I lost my aunt who was responsible for me being a musician in church. In 2009, I lost my sister who was responsible for teaching me how to play keyboards and write songs. In 2010, my mother passed a week before Mother's Day. I felt as though everyone close to me was leaving me. Before she passed she told me not to worry about her because she was going to be all right. About a week or so after she passed she appeared to me in a dream and she told me her baby (me) was going to be all right. I felt as though everyone close to me was leaving me. Since then, I've enrolled and graduated college, started my own business, proposed to my girlfriend of 4 years. Things haven't been easy but I've learned that in TIME God will heal your wounds. For anyone who's death with loss, hurt, pain, frustration or anything that may have caused you to question your purpose in life, I urge you to hold on to faith and believe things will get better in TIME.
