JUPITER 7 in short means "growing and completion." The mission of the music is to captivate a wide ranged audience and expose them to an addictive blend of hip-hop and spiritual truth. J7 made his start in 1993 in Salinas, California in the underground scene and has since crafted his sound in the Bay Area (East Oakland). Each song is a tribute life's struggle and is meant to bring hope and meaning to those who live in it. J is currently traveling throughout California on the WAR TOUR and is currently working on a new EP, Full Length project, as well as guest appearances on several other projects. With an industry overpopulated by rap artists, J7 is striving to bring back what is lacking in hip-hop today- substance! Its that real hip-hop!
