After a short break we are back with our 50th release with Norwegian producer and DJ, Prash, delivering a debut EP titled “Loved”. The EP features two tracks, “Loved” and “Be Together” with a remix of “Loved” from South African artist, Kalyx. The EP is filled with emotive vocals on both tracks that accompany pulsating basslines and driving drums. Prash looks to tell a story of love and togetherness throughout the EP, and delivers on this with unique vocals that give the EP a fresh breath of air. Prash describes himself as being inspired by nature which allows him to tell a story through music using groovy basslines, percussion and vocals. Having a passion for music since childhood, he dived into the music scene to be able to dance to his own rhythm..literally. Kalyx, having recently made his debut on the label, adds his signature sound to “Loved'' for the remix and gives it a deeper and grittier edge, with a hypnotic bassline throughout. Prash had this to say about the EP, ‘This EP is all about celebrating love and togetherness. I wanted to do something that would bring people together on the dance floor and dance to the groove with someone they love or might fall in love with. The vocals and melody together forms a lush and lovely vibe that I hope the listeners enjoy.’
