I woke up and realized I couldn't see. It seemed as though everything I was had already left, and I there was no way for me to know how. Music was the first thing I loved; somehow it stuck around. It asked me to write, to create something that could keep me alive. It was sobbing, telling me it would do anything to survive. Writing this album took a year or two, and I owe every bit of this project's existence to everyone and everything that supported us unconditionally.
