Guatemala's Rodrigo Valdes returns to Ora Recordings with a superb three track release "Intuition EP". Showing signs of growing maturity, Rodrigo has been hard at work constantly improving his sound. "Midnight Intuition" is progressive at its best. Straight up driving energy. With it's hypnotic rhythms and atmosphere, this one is perfect any kind of set. "What We Left Behind" has a darker tone for the late night vibe. Minimal and pounding for the darker room. Great for opening sets. Completing the package is "Celofan". Rodrigo keeps the pounding prog vibe but aims at a more melodic tone. Lush break beat and gorgeous saxophone melodies decorate this track perfectly. A great pick for opening sets.
