The Yesteryears primarily perform for special occasions only. Paul has performed across Europe, Hong Kong, Hawaii and many other areas of the U.S. and Canada. Paul is a very accomplished vocalist. He also plays guitar. He has been performing one way or another since his high school days. In the 90's, Paul formed a band in England - The Harmony Brothers Band, that toured the UK and Europe several times over. Paul moved to Canada in 1996 and became a partner in an ad agency in Toronto. Pauls vocals range widely - he can even hit "top C" (for the technical buffs) one minute and drop into a barotone the next. Chantal was "encouraged" into perfoming and played keyboards for all tracks except "Heartbeat" - Paul actually played keyboard for Heartbeat! The Yesteryears have taken traditional golden oldies and added a little here and there and produced a sound that will surely soothe and bring back memories to the masses. Paul loves harmonies but wasn't satisfied with anyone elses efforts, so, he ended up putting his own harmonies down on several of the tracks. The flagship song is Unchained Melody - Paul sings it in original key and, has added harmony. There are a zillion versions of this song out there. The Yesteryears have revamped it into a "tropical" style. Another song of note is Heartbeat.
