This EP came about back in July of 2015 where it was originally a 10 song album. Recorded in a band member's basement by the guitarist 5 different tones, styles, technique and overall different sounds came together. The recording of each song took 2 takes for it to come out just right. The whole EP went through changes as time went along, each member of the group having a different perspective on its release and structure. Interesting fact about this release, Bobb of Best Coast & Jake Luppen of Hippo Campus are the only 2 in the world to have a copy of the demo EP with 1 or 2 songs that aren't included on the official release. After 5 months of recording, the release of 2 singles (Included on the EP), change in the band's line-up, countless shows, video shoots and a New Year, you get Modern Aquatic's debut EP "Beach Monster EP"
