La Nueva Imagen is a Hondurian latin band that consist of 10 members. This band generated in late 2005 early 2006 in Boston Mass. La Nueva Imagen record and perform different genre's of music. Such as, Punta, Merengue, Bachata, Balads, and Reggae. Although Punta is there native rhythm, La Nueva Imagen has tried to put many rhythms together to try and create one unique sound that is tough to duplicate. They have toured to many different states in the united states hoping to keep the Garifuna (Hondurian) culture alive.
