Kimberly Dawn, a Texas native, found her soul in music at a very early age. She was singing along to tunes from the time she could talk, and began playing acoustic guitar at age 8 with the influence and encouragement of her father, Doug Price, a pianist/guitarist and vocalist as well. Kimberly was inspired and surrounded by musicians on both sides of her family. Kimberly began composing and writing her own music during her late teen years. She has been performing her originals and covers as a solo artist since she was 18. Kimberly has been a member of a variety of cover bands throughout her musical career singing styles of rock, Motown, oldies, funk, and country. She has also performed, and recorded with "Echoes", a Pink Floyd Tribute from the Houston area, and the "Patrick Godbey Band" and all original band out of Austin, TX. Kimberly excels in live performance, and her raw talent is influenced by such artists as Heart, Linda Rondstadt, Led Zeppelin, Patsy Cline, The Eagles, CCR, Fleetwood Mac, Sheryl Crow, Sarah McLaughlin, Evanescence, and many others.
