A more rock feel LP with a return to his original bluesy approach to a 13 track addition to his Dark Waters recording era. Sliding back towards his original sound, Memphis finds his strength in the rock, antithetic styles with both straight rock, southern class, blues and epic ballads. Dark Waters III will follow to complete the trilogy, with Memphis Nights moving on to a new sound.
