Burton was born and raised in Winnipeg MB Canada and started playing guitar at age 11. Burton played bass in a hip Montreal Canada based band I.C. RED and honed his chops in studio with people like Frank Marino (from Mahogany Rush) as well as thousands of hours spent recording with his I.C. RED bandmate (former Aquarius/EMI Artist) VANN – Robert van Blokland. Burton has shared stages with the likes of Glass Tiger, Honeymoon Suite, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Sass Jordan, Amanda Marshall, The Tea Party, The Doughboys, Sue Medley, Wild T & The Spirit, Too Many Cooks, World on Edge, & more.
