Muslim artists launch CD for Pakistan SHAAM, UK's first and leading Muslim Nasheed Group, are launching a special CD in order to raise funds to support the current fundraising efforts and rebuilding of Pakistan amongst key charities around the UK. The group are currently in studios recording and releasing an exclusive track to support the effort and lift spirits for the “Lets rebuild Pakistan Campaign”. Birmingham based SHAAM are also exploring a special concert comprising of various UK based Muslim artists in 2011. The song “Lab Pe Aati Hai Dua” recorded in Urdu, a beautiful prayer written by the famous poet and thinker Allama Iqbal is a prayer recognised by Muslims the world over. The Song will be available online for download and as CD’s from the supporting Charities and at all popular stockists. SHAAM will not benefit financially from the proceeds of the CD and will ensure all funds raised are allocated to 12 of the leading UK charities working in Pakistan.
