Aaron "kiel" Portnoy, born November 18th, 1996 and known professionally as A.K. Port is an American hip hop recording artist from the North Lake region of Lakewood, New Jersey. The young artist started working on his craft at the age of 16 through free styling with his hometown friends. With heavy influence stemming from the likes of Chicago to east coast hip hop culture and artists such as Chance the Rapper, Kyle, J cole, Childish Gambino, and his older brother, Port's music stresses the importance of lyricism over jazzy-boom bap infused beats.
