Ride or Die
IT STARTS WITH... Living each day like it's your last and never stop believing in yourself Music has played a very important role in my life growing up in the 90s and early 2000s. It was more than just an escape from the harsh reality that life throws at us on a daily basis. It was my inspiration, my mentor, and my drug. I was able to turn to it for comfort in both my darkest and brightest times. I felt understood and accepted for having “strange thoughts” or experiencing “teen angst” that carried into my 20s. After several audition rejections, I eventually joined a band called Tides Of Fury during college. It taught me a lot about being a vocalist and a fellow musician. It was a lot of fun jamming out with good friends; writing and playing cool songs. We were getting to the point of playing live shows. It was something I always fantasized about; being on stage performing for hundreds, thousands, or even millions of people. A friend let me up on his band’s set a few times. I got that feeling of elation when people would tell me that my 5-minute vocal performance was awesome. I knew I wanted to be back on stage one day, I just didn’t know I’d end up going solo. I had an epiphany that I wasn’t supposed to be a part of a band. There are often conflicting points of view in regards to the style of music being played. I wanted full control of the music I made (and still do!). After years of recording covers I eventually started to record originals. I’ve been working with a world class producer MD and I haven’t looked back since! While my journey truly begun at the age of 29, I am more than ready to take the world by surprise. Looking forward to seeing you out in the crowd. If my work changes your life even in the slightest then I consider it mission accomplished. Thanks for the support!
