I begin at the age of 7 playing piano and singing, then I started playing the trumpet. Later I fell in love with the acoustic guitar and begin writing lyrics to fit the music, it was beginning to sound like a record after long hard hours of practicing. I was the lead singer of a band at the age of 12 years old, and later landed a recording contract with Epic Records. A few years later I signed another recording contract with Barry Gordy as a songwriter on Jobete music publishing, and recoded an album on the Motown label under the group Mind Heart and Soul Tears.
