*Featured in TyDi's top-5 for October* *Featured in Richard Durand's In Search Of Sunrise* Since his first releases in 2006, Italian producer Amedeo Gaspari, aka Amex, has been prolific in the studio, producing and remixing to several labels from Blackhole to Shah-Music and Armada. His works have been widely played and supported by a long list of frontline DJs and as only 22 years old, he has great prospects for future in the electronic music scene. Although his main style is melodic progressive trance, his gifts easily cross borders to minimal and techno as well. For this new release, Amex has teamed up with Fransesco Sambero, who also produces under the moniker Davies Oh. The name of their collaboration is "Sunlight Therapy", and the result is a track with a progressive pulse but the heart of a classic trancer. The composition is well laid, with counterpointing melodies creating pleasant harmonies for the ear to savor. T.O.M. & Tommygoff have remixed with a rougher sound and a techier drive suitable for harder sets, whereas the Irish duo Tucandeo offers deeper progressive delicacy at its best with their remix. 1.
