Lani and Lecia are energetic accomplished musicians and songwriters. Their humorous, light-hearted approach to performance creates an engaging atmosphere while their original music rocks! Groovy riffs and smooth electric guitar licks give this duo a classy, cool feel while stomp box, tambourine and other percussion lend a folk flavour. Lani and Lecia are booked to play their second Mitchell Creek Rock and Blues Festival (Noosa Hinterland) and play support shows for No.1 artist Sandi Thom (I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker) in Sept/Oct 2014. 2014 is an exciting year for Lani and Lecia as they tour around Australia and the world promoting their first EP, Beautiful You. Lecia has performed internationally including Hong Kong, Dubai, London, Holland, USA and NZ. She regularly performs around Australia promoting her E.P. ‘Heaven or Hell’, album ‘Into Being’, and most recent singles ‘Individual’ and ‘For You’. Her original music has received air play in Australia (JJJ, ZZZ, ABC, Coast FM, RTR) and in the USA. Lani has produced three EP’s, preformed on community radio, self-funded and booked a ten-month tour of Australia in 2010. When not performing as musicians Lani works as a music therapist and Lecia is a part-time music teacher. Lani and Lecia have a strong fanbase on Gold Coast and other parts of QLD and NSW. They successfully crowd funded part of the production costs of their EP. They are hard working, active independent entertainers on the verge of becoming nationally recognized. Their professionalism and genuine love of music is expressed through their performances making them an attractive act.
