Next up we welcome Mark Smith aka A-lone , with his debut solo ' Infraction ep ' as our 25th release at Amalgm8 Musiq. A-lone - Infraction ep follows on from Mark's deeply refreshing techno track ' What U ' which featured on our first various artists compilation. Kicking things off is Alone in The Dark , a deep and dirty slice of techno that starts off with a throbbing bassline , tight punchy percussion and intelligent developing synths that keep things moving forward nicely. Track 2 Infuzion is a bit tougher with a strong kick and cool perc delays that lead into a wickedly dirty and addictive throbbing bassline. Tasty stabs and cool twisted vox keep it interesting, this track gets crazy with lots of clever fx work and excellent percussive delays before it levels up with the introduction of yet more synths. A-lone rounds off his maiden voyage with track 3 Shakedown. This one has a warm and deeply addictive character with lots of cool fx and sci fi synth action and groovy as hell percussive nuances that we feel would prove a most versatile DJ tool in any techno jockeys arsenal.
