Born and raised on the mean streets of SAV-LA- MAR Jamaica in 1995, KEVORN RUTHERFORD better known as LEGEN started his musical journey at the age of 13. He was given a musical instrument by his mom and it was at that moment KEVORN RUTHERFORD knew he wanted to be part of “The Scene”.
