Sammy G's first single 'Freak U' notched up over 100,000 views online and placed Sammy G on top 3 in a national song writing competition. Sammy's follow-up single "Do You Like it" broke through on mainstream media, and was placed straight in to high rotation on Sydney's urban station, The Edge 96.1.
